Qualifications

• Experience with remote management technologies (BMC/iLo/iDrac).
• Ability to effectively communicate with technicians and clients.
• Experience working within a ticketing system like Remedy or ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of RAID configuration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware remediation (Break/Fix).
• Provide support for hardware upgrades.
• Confirm hardware fixes after troubleshooting.
• Configure server management interfaces (iLo/BMC/Drac).
• Work on ticket queue based on priority.
