Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a L4 IFA Tech AZ in Chandler, AZ for a 3-month contract (temp to perm). The role focuses on data center hardware installation, rack-and-stack, and onsite Smart Hands support.

Expect routine interaction with remote Level 2/3 teams to resolve outages and deploy services. The candidate should have 4–5 years in site/infrastructure tech roles within data centers, plus strong OS installation and troubleshooting skills for Windows Server 2019/2022.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• 4-5 years of combined experience in a Site Support Technician and/or Infrastructure Technician role (or similar experience) in a data center.
• 3-5 years of experience in racking, stacking, connecting, and providing basic configuration support of networking and/or server hardware.
• Candidate will be participating in Hardware Rack & Stack installation of both Network and Server equipment, cable management, and installation of required Fiber and Copper Patch leads.
• Candidate will be part of onsite team maintaining network environment in support of physical touch (Smart Hands) support of Incident and or Requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and service of low voltage cabling, fiber optic cabling, and related hardware.
• Assist with material control to ensure all required materials are available to complete daily work.
• Ensure ticketed requests are assigned, communicated, and addressed within customer SLA.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot cabling systems and replace/repair as necessary.
