Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Specialist to support warehouse and logistics operations for data center hardware, focusing on inbound/outbound shipments, inventory accuracy, and equipment provisioning for data centers.

You will work with IT equipment, maintain detailed records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant shipment execution. Applicants should have 2+ years in warehouse logistics and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems, with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse logistics or related field.
• Basic understanding of IT equipment (servers, networking hardware, components).
• Familiarity with inventory management processes and systems (ERP/WMS).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound shipments in accordance with established procedures.
• Verify shipment contents against documentation upon receipt and dispatch.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and packaging of equipment.
• Coordinate with warehouse providers and internal teams on shipment execution.
• Participate in cyclical and annual inventory checks.
• Maintain accurate records in inventory systems (ERP/WMS).
• Create inventory items for all received equipment.
• Assist in identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies.
• Provide required equipment to data center operation engineers in a timely manner.
• Support daily warehouse activities and logistics workflows.
