Qualifications

• Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations for physical goods
• Hands-on experience with a warehouse management system and spreadsheet analysis
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers or carriers
• Knowledge of domestic freight (LTL, FTL, parcel) and related documentation
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements for shipping IT/electronic equipment
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to build processes from scratch and scale operations
• Willingness to travel to US warehouse/data center sites

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations across North America locations
• Own inventory accuracy and asset tracking from dock to rack
• Plan and execute domestic freight and coordinate international shipments
• Manage third-party logistics providers and carriers with SLAs
• Coordinate with data center operations and procurement for deployment readiness
• Handle reverse logistics including RMAs and end-of-life equipment
• Develop SOPs and train staff and vendors
• Maintain safety, hazardous materials, export control, and customs compliance
• Define and report on operational metrics to drive improvements
• Support capacity planning for warehouse space, staffing, and equipment
