Professional Teleconcepts, LLC is seeking a Foreman to oversee on-site build and racking activities in hyperscaler data center environments. You will manage an on-site team, ensure proper rack assembly and labeling, and enforce safety protocols to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include site leadership, quality control, risk management, client liaison, and daily progress reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 18+ years old or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• DOT medical card via a DOT physical.
• At least 4 years of fiber splicing, placement, and testing experience.

Aufgaben

• Site Leadership: lead on-site team to complete deployments on time and to spec.
• Quality Control & Installation: oversee rack build-out and correct mounting per rack elevation.
• Documentation & Labeling: ensure accurate reading of elevations and labeling of components.
• Risk Management & Safety: perform risk assessments and enforce safety protocols (LOTO, NFPA 70E).
• Client & Vendor Liaison: act as on-site liaison with hyperscaler client and vendors.
• Scheduling & Administration: use project software to build progress reports and schedules.
• Cross-functional Interface: coordinate with operations, engineering, installation, and procurement.
