Job summary

Bright Minds is seeking a Foreman for Data Center projects in Central Ohio. You will lead installation technicians on low voltage security systems, primarily access control and CCTV, ensuring field execution meets schedule and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of field leadership on large low-voltage projects, experience with Lenel S2, C-Cure 9000, AMAG, Avigilon, Genetec, or similar platforms, and is willing to relocate to the Central Ohio area for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years leading field teams on large low-voltage projects.
• Experience in Electronic Security, Fire Alarm, Life Safety or Building Automation.
• Hands-on with Lenel S2, C-Cure 9000, AMAG, Avigilon, DMP, Axis, Milestone or Genetec.
• Data center project experience desired.

Foreman – Data Center, Low Voltage Electronic Security

Location: Central Ohio (Must be willing to relocate)

Full Time: 40-55hr+ work week available with OT pay!

Hourly Rate: $40.00 - $55.00/HR W2 BOE + Benefits, per-diem available.

Bright Minds innovative and leading security integrations client is searching for an experienced large project Foreman with a background in low voltage or electronic security projects for commercial environments. You will lead data center installation technicians in the Central Ohio area, so traveling Data Center backgrounds are great, or ability to relocate to the Central Ohio area is highly desired.

As a Foreman in the Data Center, you’ll oversee site operations for mission critical field installation projects for hundreds of access control and CCTV systems, primarily using the Software House C-Cure platform, but backgrounds with hands on experience with Lenel, Genetec, Avigilon, AMAG are also encouraged to apply. The Foreman are primarily QA’ing the work from the team, but backgrounds in electronic security are extremely helpful to leading the technicians, subcontractors, and installers in the field.

Requirements for the Foreman (Data Center, Low Voltage Electronic Security)

• 3-5+ years of Field Leadership experience supervising subcontractors, crews, and taking ownership of daily site execution
• Low voltage project experience for large projects
• Experience with Electronic Security, Fire Alarm and Life Safety, Building Automation systems, or related low-voltage systems.
• Hands on background with Lenel S2, C-Cure 9000, AMAG, Avigilon, DMP, AXIS, Milestone, and Genetec are direct matches for this opportunity
• Data center experience is desired
