Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience in electrical engineering or critical power equipment servicing.
• Advanced theoretical experience in electrical design.
• Strong knowledge of safety codes and QA requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze issues and improve processes.
• Experience in project management or supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ABB's primary representative to engage with customers.
• Plan and deliver service tasks aligned with customer orders.
• Evaluate equipment for performance improvements.
• Capture and communicate service opportunities.
• Prepare job sites and oversee subcontractor activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
