Responsibilities

• Lead onsite customer engagement as ABB's primary representative.
• Execute service work with urgency, aligned with customer orders.
• Identify system and operational improvements based on equipment.
• Communicate service opportunities to internal teams.
• Coordinate site preparation and subcontractor activities.
• Perform advanced field service tasks to troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure materials and equipment readiness for service.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for processes.
• Complete technical documentation for all assignments.
• Provide technical consulting and mentorship to colleagues.
• Perform duties in Power Delivery & Electrification.
• Champion safety and compliance within ABB.
