B.H. Inc. is seeking a Data Center Field Engineer to support a construction project at our Turkey, Texas site. The role emphasizes meticulous documentation and coordination to ensure project success in a challenging field environment.

Competitive pay of $29-$36 per hour with daily per diem, weekly earnings, and eligibility for relocation assistance (not covered). Regular M-F, 50-60 hours/week on site, with comprehensive benefits and a safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent preferred; High school diploma/GED required.
• Recent experience in a similar construction role is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Oracle Primavera; scheduling and estimating experience preferred.
• Must be adaptable, flexible, and able to work in a team-oriented environment, performing both mental and physical labor, and working in extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support Data Center Construction project at the Turkey, Texas site through documentation and coordination.
• Be on-site (M-F, 50-60 hours/week) at the rural job site with daily per diem eligibility and site-specific responsibilities.
