Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-5 years’ working experience in facility maintenance
• Knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical critical facilities systems a plus
• Proficiency with MS Office

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, generator, fire detection, life safety, temperature control, BMS and digital systems.
• Maintain and monitor electronic work-order systems for preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
• Inspect buildings, lighting, grounds and equipment for safe, well-maintained conditions.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and lighting maintenance.
• Perform basic plumbing service on fixtures; clear clogs.
• Operate machinery and hand tools listed in duties.
• Monitor building conditions and conduct periodic property tours.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies and equipment; advise on purchases.
• Assist with moving, loading, unloading and storage of supplies and equipment.
• Hours may adjust and overtime/weekend shifts may be required.
