Aligned Data Centers in Sandusky, OH seeks a Critical Facilities Technician to perform hands-on analysis, maintenance, and troubleshooting of 24x7 facility operations. You will work on mechanical and electrical systems, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safe, compliant operation.

The role emphasizes preventive and corrective maintenance, rapid response to emergencies, and documentation in the CMMS. 12-hour shifts and OT may be required, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3–5 years of electrical/mechanical critical facilities experience, or 7+ years in HVAC/mechanical/electrical tech.
• Electrical/Mechanical certifications preferred.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and overtime.
• Shifts may include day/night/weekend/holiday.
• MS Office skills required.

Responsibilities
