This critical role will also involve managing a team of Operations Engineers and maintaining safety and reliability standards of facility systems.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in facilities management.
• Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience leading technical teams for at least 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of facility systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance for system reliability.
• Monitor facility performance and coordinate corrective actions.
• Supervise and develop Operations Engineers.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide mentorship.
