Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten years education and experience including at least one year supervisory experience.
• Ability to supervise subordinate personnel and manage complex facilities.
• Background checks may be required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical server area security, environmental controls, and fire suppression to ensure safe facility operation.
• Coordinate site preparation for hardware relocation and installation.
• Develop RFPs and evaluate responses to select equipment and services.
• Order hardware for installation and facility maintenance (UPS, racks, cables, HVAC, etc.).
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure safe, compliant facility maintenance.
• Lead projects with cross‑agency teams to plan and implement IT facility improvements.
