Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3–5+ years of experience managing critical facilities, data centers, or building infrastructure systems with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, chilled water systems, generators, UPS, electrical distribution, and BAS/BMS controls.
• Facility operations, maintenance management, incident response, budgeting, vendor management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and reliability of critical facility infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, UPS, generator, and cooling systems.
• Monitor and optimize building automation, mechanical, and electrical systems to maximize performance and efficiency.
• Maintain 24/7 facility uptime through incident response, risk mitigation, and business continuity planning.
• Lead, develop, and support facilities engineers, technicians, and operations staff.
• Manage vendors, maintenance contracts, budgets, and capital improvement projects.
• Direct preventive and predictive maintenance programs for critical infrastructure systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
