Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Enterprise Data Center Service Technician – SBE to operate, monitor, and coordinate mission-critical facility infrastructure supporting a 24/7 data center. You will join a six-person team and provide rotating shift coverage including 12-hour shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and emergency callouts to ensure continuous operation of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in Facilities Management, Engineering Technology, HVAC, Electrical Technology, or related field.
• Five years of experience operating or maintaining mission-critical facilities or data centers.
• Ability to read one-line diagrams, P&IDs, and equipment drawings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operations representative during assigned shifts with cross-functional teams.
• Provide continuous operational support for 24/7 Enterprise Data Center.
• Perform routine rounds and document equipment status.
• Respond to alarms, abnormal conditions, and facility emergencies.
• Complete shift turnover reports and logs.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
