Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an onsite Field Service Engineer to support Dell Services in Memphis, TN. The role focuses on hands-on server hardware repair, including part replacements, with prior Dell FSE experience being a huge plus.

Responsibilities include ticket management, troubleshooting, and strong customer communication within a fast-paced data center team. Must be able to lift 65 pounds and work on ladders as needed.

Job description

Resource needs to be comfortable on the HW repair side. As we're looking for actual FSE support, they need to be experienced having their hands inside the server, replacing parts. They need to have enough experience, where they are confident in their skills to support. Prior Dell FSE experience a HUGE plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
