Qualifications

• 1+ years electrical or mechanical or data center facilities experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to travel between data center locations.

Responsibilities

• Daily building rounds to monitor electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment for 24/7 reliability.
• Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Management System (EPMS).
• Assist in troubleshooting facility and rack‑level events within SLAs.
• Perform rack installs and decommissioning within SLA.
• PM, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Technical writing to support change management program.
• Monitor and manage daily work requests to resolution; execute projects from conception to completion.
• On-site support of contractors and vendors ensuring compliance with practices and local laws.
