Job summary

Antea Group is seeking an experienced Energy Marshal to support our EHS practice in data center construction and commissioning. You will lead Control of Hazardous Energy (CoHE), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), electrical safety, energization, and commissioning activities, coordinating with project teams, clients, EHS professionals, and trade partners.

This field-based role requires working around complex electrical/mechanical infrastructure, energized systems, and multiple contractors.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with LOTO and Control of Hazardous Energy programs.
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution, switchgear, transformers, UPS, and energy systems.
• Ability to read electrical one-lines, schematics, and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite oversight of CoHE, LOTO, and electrical safety during data center construction and commissioning.
• Review energy-isolation procedures, permits, JHAs, MOPs, and other safety documentation.
• Coordinate energization/de-energization, testing, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Identify and correct unsafe conditions and ensure compliance with approved procedures.
• Maintain documentation of inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
