Job summary

Gapp Search seeks an Electrical Project Manager for Data Centers with full commercial and operational ownership across multi-campus environments. You will drive long-lead procurement, lead RFIs and submittals, and coordinate with field teams to ensure constructability and schedule integrity.

Qualifications

Experience managing large electrical/industrial projects.
Experience with long-lead procurement and field sequence.
Strong cost control and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Drive procurement of long-lead electrical equipment and tie release dates to field sequence.
Lead RFIs, submittals, design coordination and constructability reviews with field and VDC teams.
Collaborate with superintendent on manpower loading and recovery planning.
Run owner/GC meetings with clear actions and commercial awareness.
Manage scope changes and entitlements with proper documentation.
Coordinate testing, energization, commissioning and turnover for smooth closeout.
Coach engineers and PMs in project controls and decision-making.
Maintain forecast and surface risks early.
