Job summary

PACK Power LLC is seeking an Estimator to develop accurate, competitive estimate packages for nationwide projects including data centers, water facilities, and natural gas facilities. The role partners with Estimating, Preconstruction, and Operations to support bid development and ensure alignment with client requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in electrical estimating, strong knowledge of power distribution, and experience with indoor electrical construction.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in electrical estimating, preferably for data centers or mission‑critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems including power distribution, grounding, lighting, UPS, and controls.
• Experience with indoor electrical construction and industrial infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFPS and develop estimating strategies and bid plans.
• Review project docs and establish bid checklists, scopes, and execution considerations.
• Takeoffs and prepare estimates for subcontractors and vendors.
• Solicit quotes and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations to validate labor, materials, and equipment assumptions.
• Analyze blueprints to determine costs for high‑availability facilities.
• Ensure estimates align with client requirements and internal standards.
