Job summary

P&E Constructors, an employee-owned mechanical and electrical construction firm since 1946, is seeking an Electrical/Communications Foreman for a major data center project. You will lead field crews, supervise installation activities, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across nationwide assignments.

Candidates should have 7+ years as a Journeyman Electrician/Industrial Electrician, supervisory experience, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an electrical or low-voltage/apprenticeship program is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years as a TDLR Journeyman Electrician, Industrial Electrician, or NCCER Electrical professional in relevant sectors.
• Minimum of 2 years in Foreman/Lead or supervisory role.
• Experience on data centers or mission-critical facilities is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crews of 10–15 craft workers on a data center project.
• Oversee structured cabling installation including Cat6A/Cat8 and fiber.
• Coordinate installation of cable tray, ladder rack, conduit, and pathways.
• Ensure proper grounding, bonding, labeling, and testing of systems.
• Interpret blueprints and project documentation to direct field activities.
