T5 Data Centers is seeking an EHS Manager to lead safety, security, and environmental compliance programs across our data center projects. You will develop and implement standards, conduct site inspections, and ensure OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years of construction safety experience preferred.
• General Contractor experience preferred.
• OSHA 510 and/or 500 certification preferred; CHST or CSP preferred.

Job Description:

The EHS Manager is responsible for managing the development and consistent implementation of safety, security, and environmental compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards
• Organize and lead safety training sessions for construction staff
• Investigate accidents and incidents to identify their causes and find ways to prevent them in the future
• Assists coordinator(s) in document control and development.
• Oversee all aspects of a construction project ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Oversee all subcontractors and contractors.
• Update corporate and site specific EHS dashboards.
• Oversees all EHS metrics and will send out reports on a routine basis.

Qualifications: Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred 5+ years of direct construction safety experience, preferred General Contractor experience, preferred OSHA 510 and/or 500 a plus CHST or CSP preferred
