Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager (Data Center due diligence and planning) to drive client development and lead planning activities from concept to completion.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with regional and global client management to secure work and deliver high-quality outcomes. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of related experience, and 2+ years of project management experience, with travel and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 7 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years project management experience.
• Ability to interact with various design teams and strong organizational and communication skills.
• Active participation in employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of due diligence and front-end planning projects for Data Centers (and related sectors).
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, scientists, and specialists to ensure delivery and client satisfaction.
• Travel 10–30% to project sites and client meetings (including international).
• Control project budget, scope, and schedule; ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Forecasting, invoicing, and contract management; develop compelling proposals and lead interviews.

Bachelor's degree in related field
