Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Infrastructure Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of inbound capacity and equipment across AWS data centers.

You will manage a team of technicians, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and drive on-time, quality delivery with strong emphasis on safety and efficiency. The role requires experience in data center operations, networking, and cabling, plus a track record of leading diverse teams and delivering complex projects within SLAs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a data center technology role or strong TCP/IP networking knowledge.
• Experience with data center cabling and testing equipment.
• Preferred: networking certifications (CCENT/CCNA) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize tasks for data center technicians and operators; project management.
• Manage inbound capacity from receiving through deployment.
• Oversee installation network and cabling in a data center environment.
• Guide and train staff on service owner best practices.
• Lead tasks across small to large projects and coordinate resources.
• Ensure policies and procedures meet industry best practices and SLAs.
• Provide weekly reports to the data center manager.
• Coordinate team resources for projects and on-call needs.
• Recruit and train data technicians to ensure staffing levels.
• Host weekly staff meetings.
• Drive compliance to performance management requirements.
