Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Delivery Manager to lead a dynamic team responsible for building and maintaining global network infrastructure in our data centers.

You will drive operational excellence, optimize deployment strategies, and deliver seamless connectivity across AWS facilities. This role manages inbound capacity, guides staff development, oversees budgets, and partners with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of people management experience.
• 4+ years in a data center tech role or TCP/IP networking knowledge.
• Ability to travel to data center locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign tasks to data center technicians and operators, project management, coaching, and documentation.
• Manage inbound capacity from receiving through deployment stages.
• Oversee installation network and cabling infrastructure in a data center environment.
• Coach staff on best practices related to service owner issues.
• Coordinate team resources for projects and maintenance windows.
• Recommend, document, and oversee policies to meet industry best practices and SLAs.
• Provide weekly report to the data center manager.
• Recruit and train data technicians to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Host weekly staff meetings.
• Drive compliance to Amazon performance management requirements.
