Job summary

EdgeConneX is seeking a Critical Systems Coordinator I to support the North America regional team. The role coordinates day-to-day technical and administrative activities for data center critical systems across multiple facilities.

Based onsite in US locations, with up to 20% travel, you will report to the NA/SA Critical Systems Manager. Key responsibilities include maintaining PM schedules, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring accurate asset records with CMMS and Asset Manager systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or data center operations.
• Experience managing data center maintenance schedules across multiple buildings is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic data analysis (spreadsheets, charts).
• CMMS proficiency (HxGN EAM) for scheduling, tracking, and closing work orders.

Responsibilities

• Drive progress on maintenance plans by monitoring preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and following up to avoid delays.
• Schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance for critical systems in the CMMS, coordinating with contracted vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers to ensure maintenance activities are planned, communicated, and executed as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate asset records in CMMS and Asset Manager systems, including inventory and maintenance history.
• Create and maintain maintenance MOPs and follow established processes, standards, and policies.
• Document work outcomes and provide reports and supporting documentation to management as needed.
• Travel requirement: up to 20%.
