Equiliem in Secaucus, NJ is seeking a Data Center Critical Operations Engineer II for a Tue-Sat 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. shift. The role operates, maintains, and troubleshoots critical facility systems to support reliable data center operations.

You will work with electrical, mechanical, cooling and life-safety systems, respond to issues, and provide guidance to teammates. Compensation includes an hourly rate of $43.00–$47.00, relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus may be available for qualifying

• Experience operating or maintaining critical electrical and mechanical systems in a data center or similar critical facility.
• Ability to troubleshoot cooling and fire and life safety systems.
• Understanding of system interdependencies and the operational risks of facility changes.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and technical teams.
• Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Schedule/Shift: Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Pay: $43.00 to $47.00 per hour

Job Summary

The Data Center Critical Operations Engineer II operates, maintains, and troubleshoots critical facility systems to support reliable data center operations. This role requires an understanding of how electrical, mechanical, cooling, and fire and life safety systems interact. The engineer also supports customer infrastructure projects, responds to operational issues, and provides technical guidance to team members.
