Applied Digital is seeking a skilled and dedicated Datacenter Critical Facility Manager to oversee the reliability, performance, and operational excellence of critical infrastructure within our Data Centers. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing Data Center critical infrastructure, or 5+ years managing critical facilities infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of medium voltage electrical systems and safety procedures.
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency with CMMS.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and web-based tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance and operation of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and life safety systems within the Data Center.
• Perform routine and ad hoc site inspections to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
• Monitor, respond to, and elevate Data Center alarms and system alerts.
• Lead and coordinate third-party vendors performing maintenance and repair activities.
• Review and approve Methods of Procedure (MOPs), scripts, and maintenance plans.
• Supervise all critical maintenance activities to ensure adherence to standards and safety protocols.
• Manage Capital Expenditures (CapEx) and operational budgets for the facility.
• Recommend and implement efficiency improvements and infrastructure upgrades.
• Support incident response and emergency operations, including after-hours and weekend work as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience leading teams in a Data Center or critical environment
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and SCADA systems
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazard assessments, and safe work practices
