Quality Technology Services seeks a Critical Environment Engineer to assist with coordination, installation and integration of electrical and mechanical systems in large-scale data centers. The role emphasizes proactive planning, 24x7 operations and collaboration with engineering, development teams and customers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical or critical environments (data centers, hospitals, semiconductor facilities) and HVAC or critical power certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional equivalent.
• Five+ years engineering experience in technical or critical environments (data center, etc.).
• HVAC or critical power certifications or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to other Data Center locations.
• U.S. Citizenship required by law due to federal contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for operation, maintenance and repair of mission critical equipment in a 24x7 data center.
• Assist in site construction activities, witnessing testing and commissioning.
• Coordinate customer move-ins and turn-ups with stakeholders; plan deployments and power restorations.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs; support change control processes.
• Support accreditation, certification and safety compliance initiatives.
