Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the South Atlanta metro area, supporting a large-scale data center construction program. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting large-scale mission‑critical, industrial, or commercial construction projects and be driven to promote Turner & Townsend's purpose and values.

Responsibilities include cost estimating, risk assessment, reporting, change control, and post-contract closeouts, with emphasis on

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
3–5 years of cost management experience in construction.
RICS accreditation or progress toward it is valuable.
Experience on medium to large scale construction projects and knowledge of procurement, value management.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Advise client on cost strategies, prequalify vendors, assess proposals and bid documents.
Develop and review project estimates, present to client, and provide VE and risk assessments.
Establish cost reporting schedule and manage budgets and forecasts.
Lead cost control processes including change orders and entitlements.
Manage invoicing and final accounting and post-contract closeouts.
Participate in lessons learned and handover procedures.
