Job summary

A global professional services company is looking for a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to oversee cost management for a mission-critical data center construction project. The successful candidate will interface with clients, manage costs throughout the project lifecycle, and ensure adherence to financial governance standards. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, managing contracts, and leading procurement strategies. A bachelor's degree and significant experience in cost management within complex environments are required.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in cost management/project controls, preferably in data centers.
• Knowledge of MEP systems and infrastructure for hyperscale data centers.
• RICS accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed cost plans and estimates.
• Produce and present monthly cost reports and executive summaries.
• Lead procurement strategy and manage contracts.
