Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certificate or equivalent experience.
• Six years military experience in a related field (preferred).
• EPA refrigerant license required or equivalent experience.
• Basic electrical knowledge and HVAC theory.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and phone assistance to customers.
• Communicate with National Technical Support on equipment issues.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and field change notices as directed.
• Maintain safety guidelines and wear PPE as required.
• Provide accurate reporting and manage timecards and inventory.
