Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Technical Service Engineer to commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair cooling systems in data centers. The role requires frequent travel to client sites and delivering high-quality service to maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or HVAC, experience servicing HVAC/refrigeration systems, and familiarity with ASHRAE/EPA/F-Gas standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HVAC-related fields required.
• Experience servicing HVAC/refrigeration/cooling systems.
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and control systems.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings and service manuals.
• Willingness to travel regionally/nationally.
• EPA/F-Gas or HVAC/R certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Commission, inspect, and service cooling systems and related equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, testing, and calibration of cooling systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues; carry out repairs.
• Respond to customer calls with on-site technical solutions.
• Provide technical training and support to clients on system operation.
• Maintain service records and reports.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams for improvements.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and company policy compliance.
• Manage spare parts, tools, and equipment efficiently.
• Support continuous improvement and high service quality.
