You will plan, execute, and deliver IT infrastructure initiatives, collaborating with technical managers, engineers, and partner teams to drive safety, security, and efficiency across AWS data centers. You will define program requirements, manage communications, and develop roadmaps with yearly projects and organizational goals while

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing projects/programs across cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Write program requirements and end-states narratives for leadership buy-in.
• Develop program documentation including statements of work and responsibility matrices.
• Own program communications, status reports, metrics, and business reviews.
• Develop milestones, secure resources, assign responsibilities, and drive schedules.
• Accelerate progress by resolving blockers, mitigating risks, and escalating when needed.
• Apply process improvement to drive efficiency in procedures and tools.
• Manage post-launch support plans, workflows, tickets, and post-mortems.
• Collaborate with managers, engineers, and partners to set priorities and drive delivery.
• Support and manage the roadmap for annual programs and organizational goals.
