Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking a highly skilled Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to join the Data Center Delivery team.

You will drive global infrastructure programs, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver durable, data-driven process improvements that optimize capacity and reliability in our data centers. You will work with stakeholders to define requirements, report progress, and ensure end-to-end execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a discipline that requires problem-solving, typically Engineering, Physics, Finance, Business or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of MS-Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to define requirements and processes.
• Manage the dependencies and the interfaces between projects and/or project deliverables, and negotiate any needed trade-offs.
• Provide program progress reporting on a regular basis.
• End to end responsibility for the program’s execution and success.
• Manage multiple competing projects/programs simultaneously.
• Run meetings, create and maintain timelines, and keep large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles.
• Develop and implement scalable, data-driven process improvement/automated solutions.
• Assist in daily operational tasks as part of the overall Data Center Delivery workflow.
