Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to troubleshoot, manage projects, and maintain BMS and EPMS in AWS data centers. You will work with a global controls team and coordinate with stakeholders to implement new processes and standards.

The role involves field visits to data centers, lifecycle support, and collaboration across engineering and operations to ensure reliable electrical and mechanical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience taking new design concepts from exploration to deployment or mass production.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Windows OS.
• Experience with power management and power monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform Root Cause Analysis or Corrective Action for BMS/EPMS issues in AWS data centers.
• Train and assist internal customers in design, configuration, validation, installation and operation of BMS/EPMS.
• Provide technical assistance and support to operations during data center life cycle.
• Review quarterly maintenance results and drive resolutions for BMS/EPMS.
