Must have candidates who are construction Superintendents that have constructed Data Center Projects ("Mission Critical") with verifiable experience on $300M+ data center projects and can effectively collaborate with data center Developers.

• This individual must have a verifiable good reputation within the construction community, demonstrating long-term employment (5-10+ years with each employer) with reputable name-brand commercial builders known for constructing data centers.
• Not suitable for candidates with experience solely in multi-family, residential, or owner's representation roles.
• The GC maintains an impeccable reputation as a leading name-brand general contractor and has a strong relationship with a well-known Owner in the mission-critical sector.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 10+ years in the field, with experience in coordinating project schedules and materials, leading projects exceeding $300 million.
• Construction experience may include Data Centers - Mission Critical, Higher Education, or Healthcare facilities.
• Verifiable experience managing construction of at least $300M Mission Critical (Data Center) projects.
• Ability to coordinate all field activities and personnel to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
• Effective communication skills across all levels of project personnel and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively to meet project objectives.
