Must have: candidates who are currently Construction Project Managers that have managed the entire construction project of Data Center Projects ("Mission Critical") with verifiable experience on projects up to $300M+ and can successfully collaborate with Data Center Owners/Developers.

• This individual must have a verifiable good reputation within the construction industry, demonstrating long-term employment (5-10+ years with each employer) with reputable commercial builders, preferably those building data centers.
• Not suitable for candidates with experience in multi-family, home building, or owner's representatives.
• This GC client has an impeccable reputation as a leading name-brand GC, maintaining strong relationships with well-known Owners in the mission-critical sector.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 10+ years in the field, coordinating project schedules and materials, and helping lead projects exceeding $250M.
• Experience in building data centers is essential; experience in higher education or healthcare facilities is a plus.
• Verifiable experience managing at least $200M Mission Critical (Data Center) projects is mandatory.
• Ability to coordinate all field activities and personnel to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget.
• Effective communication skills across all levels of project stakeholders.
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively to meet project objectives.
