You will lead complex data center development projects, validate vendor scopes and pricing, and oversee MEP system installation and commissioning. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in data center project management, deep knowledge of design/construction/commissioning, and strong budgeting

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data center project management experience.
• Solid understanding of data center design, construction and commissioning processes.
• Experience with critical MEP systems for data centers.
• Experience reviewing SOWs and pricing for vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center development projects within existing shell buildings.
• Review and validate SOW and pricing from data center vendors.
• Manage installation and commissioning of critical MEP systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during commissioning and construction.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery while meeting specs.
• Be on-site 80%+ of the time.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations to meet operational requirements.
