Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• 5+ years managing large-scale commercial projects.
• Experience leading project management teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project financial management, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and mentorship to a growing project management team.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and contract compliance.
• Monitor financial health, forecasting accuracy, and risk exposure across projects.
• Engage in client relations, business development, and strategic client engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership on staffing, process improvements, and growth initiatives.
