Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain construction documents and drawings.
• Review RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor schedule, budget, and subcontractor status.
• Attend project meetings and document minutes.
• Support closeout, punch lists, and warranty processes.
