Job summary

MP Nexlevel, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple utility construction projects, primarily in-office, ensuring work completes on budget, on schedule, and with zero incidents. You will lead crews, manage contracting, and ensure safety and compliance across all activities.

The role emphasizes client engagement, team development, and the use of standard procedures to deliver high-quality results. Strong MS Office skills and field-reading abilities are required.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 5–7 years of experience in a project management role.
• Ability to use computers/electronic devices.
• Able to read blueprints and follow job specifications.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint).
• Experience in Telecommunication/Wireless industry preferred.
• Able to analyze financial reports and budgets.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• RCDD certification required.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all company, OSHA and other applicable procedures and standards.
• Know the contract scope including provisions, specs, payment and change clauses, and milestones.
• Purchasing, reporting and approval authority per MP Authority Matrix.
• Complete all administrative documentation (safety audits, change orders, bills).
• Review project performance to budget.
• Provide feedback and mentor team members to drive growth.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration while promoting safety culture.
• Oversee and lead team members, consultants and contractors to complete projects on schedule.
• Coach and develop staff and promote innovative project designs and proposals.
• Review and approve time sheets, expenses, and invoices.
