Job summary

Project Resource Collective LLC in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale data center construction projects in design-build and EPC environments. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, and field teams to deliver safe, on-time, and within-budget facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of construction project management experience.
• 3+ years managing large-scale data center or mission-critical projects.
• Experience delivering Design-Build / EPC projects with complex MEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle execution of Design-Build and EPC projects.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, and field teams for mission-critical facilities.
• Manage prime contracts, subcontracts, and procurement packages.
• Drive safety, quality, and environmental standards across project activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track milestones.
• Maintain client relationships and report project status.
