Job summary

Reuben Cooley Inc. in Columbus, OH seeks a Technical MOP Writer – Data Center Construction to lead method of procedure development and review electrical and mechanical systems in fast-paced data center builds.

You will coordinate with site teams, prepare standard deliverables, and maintain documentation using Procore, MS SharePoint, Excel, and related tools while traveling to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of industry experience in Datacenter & Infrastructure Construction.
• Ability to read/interpret Construction Drawings.
• Experience in Data Center / HUB Construction Planning.
• Experience in Construction Trade Knowledge (Electrical/Plumbing/Mechanical).
• OSHA 10 Certification (optional).
• Ability and willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Creation and Review of Method of Procedure (MOP) based on Site Design Documents; review and redline of Construction Documents (Engineering Drawings, Electrical & Plumbing Diagrams, Structured Cabling, etc).
• Prepare standard discipline deliverables, including standard work processes and tools.
• Maintain documentation, weekly updates, and communication through project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS SharePoint, Excel, etc.)
