Job summary

Pkaza is seeking a Data Center Construction Project Executive in Boulder, CO to lead brownfield data center projects and drive successful delivery from planning through completion. You will manage contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet scope, budget, and schedule while upholding company design standards.

The role requires experience managing large data center builds, strong client relations, and adeptness with change orders and back-office processes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Data Center Construction Projects as an Owner or as a General Contractor/GC/Trade.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams of PMs and superintendents on multi-million dollar projects.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• PMP Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain liaison with contractors and vendors to manage day-to-day project delivery.
• Oversee a team of project managers and provide guidance to ensure portfolio-wide success.
• Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and reporting for multiple concurrent data center projects.
• Drive value engineering and adherence to company design standards on all projects.
• Represent the company in project meetings and coordinate with multiple departments.
