Job summary

Tract is seeking a Construction Manager to lead planning, design, and development of large-scale civil infrastructure and commercial or industrial land projects across the United States. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, permitting, and contractor performance to meet standards and specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent engineering science.
• Ten or more years of related construction management experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Eight or more years of general contractor and vendor management experience across multiple large construction and project execution initiatives.
• Four or more years of experience managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects, including site development, grading, drainage, and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and develop large-scale civil infrastructure and industrial land development projects.
• Coordinate with contractors to implement quality and safety plans per regulations.
• Manage scope, schedule and budget of design consultants and contractors.
