Job summary

EPI Power is hiring a Project Manager to profitably manage all administrative and field construction activities to quality standards on a data center project in Boydton, VA. You will lead subcontractors, drive safety, and collaborate with PMs to achieve project goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to company standards, mentoring, and building high morale while delivering on schedule and budget requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience
• Electrical experience highly preferred
• Experience leading a team and mentoring
• Data center experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Construct the project in accordance with plans, schedule, specifications and standards
• Lead subcontractors and field employees on a jobsite
• Lead project safety in accordance with the Company’s Safety Policy
• Manage the project schedule, budget and staff with PMs
• Develop and maintain the project schedule and two‑week look aheads
• Assist with buyout and selection of major subcontractors
• Identify cost savings, schedule improvements, and scope reductions
• Ensure project documents are accurate and compliant
• Review and enforce all contract terms and obligations
• Adhere to company policies, standards, and procedures
