Job summary

EPI Power is hiring a Project Manager to profitably manage all administrative and field construction activities to quality standards on a data center project in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will lead subcontractors, manage schedule and budget, and mentor team members while upholding company standards and safety policies.

The role requires a 6‑day workweek (58 hours) and willingness to travel or relocate based on project needs, with the aim of developing others and driving project success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• Electrical background is highly preferred.
• Experience leading a team and mentoring others.
• Data center project exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, budget, schedule and staff to meet plans and quality standards.
• Lead subcontractors and field staff on site and enforce safety policies.
• Develop two-week look-ahead schedules and monitor progress.
• Coordinate buyout of major subcontractors and control project documentation.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve schedule dates.
