Job summary

MCIS Inc in Temple, TX is hiring multiple Installation Department teammates to perform the physical duties on commercial construction sites, including installing raised flooring and high-density ceiling grids. Travel for extended periods (up to 4–6 months) may be required, and PPE must be worn.

This is a full-time, on-site role with a guaranteed 40 hours per week and weekly pay. Starting wage is $22.00 per hour, and a competitive benefits package is included; overtime and weekend work are common

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship or legal work authorization.
Willingness to travel up to 4–6 months at a time.
Experience in construction preferred.
Able to perform physical labor on active sites.
Background checks and drug testing may be required.

Responsibilities

Work with contractors and other construction professionals on job sites.
Install raised flooring systems in various environments.
Install high-density ceiling grid systems in different settings.
Use MCIS-provided tools.
Glue and nail floor coverings into place.
Maintain clean and safe work areas.
Perform additional duties as assigned by Senior Superintendent or Project Manager.
Work overtime or weekends as required.
