Job summary

Tract Capital in Austin, TX is seeking a detail‑oriented Site Controller to oversee financials for active data center construction sites. The role emphasizes rigorous cost governance and strong alignment across Construction, Procurement, Operations, and FP&A.

You will build scalable financial frameworks, manage Procore Financials and NetSuite integrations, monitor variances, and mentor future site controllers as the portfolio grows in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 6–10+ years in project finance, cost control, construction accounting, or infrastructure development.
• Deep knowledge of Procore Financials and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Experience with large-capex projects ($1B+ ideal) and strong financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own financial processes for Data Center construction cost/budget requests and operations.
• Maintain budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and total cost of ownership.
• Enforce financial governance across Design, Engineering, Construction, and Operations with cross‑functional teams.
• Administer Procore financial modules: budgets, commitments, contracts, and payment workflows.
• Enable Procore/ERP integration with accurate 3‑way matching (Procore, NetSuite, vendors).
• Deliver variance reporting and action plans for budget risk mitigation.
